Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, items must be in original condition— unused and in their original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

Please note: All returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.

Custom & Engraved Items

Engraved products and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
